PRIVACY AT A GLANCE

How We Handle Personal Information

Review what may be collected, why it is used, how it may be shared, and the choices available to you.

01

Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, interests, enquiry details and information you voluntarily provide through forms, demo or consultation requests, course enquiries, email, phone or WhatsApp. If you use the AI assistant and tick the on-screen consent box, the content of your questions is sent to OpenAI to generate a reply. Please do not include sensitive personal information in either.

02

Technical Information

The website and its service providers may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser or device details, cookies, access times and page interactions for security, functionality and measurement.

03

How We Use Information

We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange consultations or demonstrations, deliver services and training, provide support, maintain records, secure the website and improve our offerings.

04

Marketing Communications

We may send relevant updates or promotional communications when you have consented or where permitted by law. You can opt out using the method provided in the message or by contacting us.

05

Cookies and Analytics

We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand which pages are useful and where visitors struggle. Analytics is switched off until you accept: the site sets the Google default consent state to denied, so nothing is collected or transmitted before you choose. If you accept, analytics storage is granted. We do not run remarketing or personalised advertising, and advertising signals are never granted. Your choice is stored for 180 days in a first-party cookie named tz_consent, and you can change it at any time using the "Cookie settings" control shown on every page. Essential cookies, such as your light or dark display preference, support site operation.

06

Sharing and Service Providers

Information is shared only as needed to operate this website or deliver the services you request, with: Hostinger, our hosting provider, which stores site data on its servers; Google, for analytics, and only after you consent; OpenAI, to generate replies in the AI assistant, and only after you tick the on-screen consent box; and Google Fonts, to serve the fonts used on this site. We do not sell or rent personal information.

07

Retention and Security

Enquiries and course requests are retained for 24 months from your last contact with us, after which they are deleted. Records required for legal, tax or administrative purposes are kept for the period required by law. Analytics data is retained by Google under Google Analytics retention settings, which you can change in your own Google account. This website is served over HTTPS, and access to enquiry data is limited to staff who need it in order to respond to you.

08

Your Rights and Choices

Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), you may ask to access, correct or erase personal information, withdraw consent, nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf, or raise a grievance. For analytics, withdraw consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" control on any page. Send requests to contact@techzentis.com and we aim to respond within 30 days. Some records may be retained when required for legal or administrative purposes.

09

Children and Institutional Programs

Where a program involves children, Techzentis seeks appropriate consent and coordination through a parent, guardian or authorised institution as applicable.

10

Contact and Grievance

For privacy questions or requests, email contact@techzentis.com or techzentis@gmail.com. Techzentis Digital Services is based in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
